Capitol Center Jazz Orchestra | Tribute To Stan Kenton

Here’s something a little different. Back in May I had the pleasure of photographing the Capitol Center Jazz Orchestra at The Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord, NH. Conductor Clayton Poole led the orchestra and were joined by special guests The Four Freshman, a quartet of vocalists, for A “Moment in Time” Tribute to Stan Kenton. It was a great evening of entertainment enjoyed by a sold out crowd. Here are a few pictures from the evening.

Arts Jubilee | The New England Wind Symphony

Here’s something a little different. A few weeks ago Deb and I were at The Arts Jubilee in Conway, NH to photograph The New England Wind Symphony directed by Clayton Poole. The Clayton Poole Orchestras are a collection of musical groups made up of some of the finest professional musicians in the Northeast United States. They were joined by violin soloist Mr. Elliott Markow who has also performed with The New Orleans Symphony, The Boston Pops and The Boston Symphony Orchestras to name a few. The evening ended with a rousing rendition of the 1812 Overture leading into the spectacular fireworks display.
