Dell-Lea Wedding | Ryan + Ashley

A wedding. A birthday. A celebration!

Their lives crossed paths at Keene State College where Ashley and Ryan started a friendship which lasted until graduation. After graduation they made their way back to college to attend Keene’s Pumpkinfest where they reconnected. Not soon after, Ryan was making many, many road trips to visit Ashley in Boston where she was living. Soon the miles that once separated them were no more. Ashley and Ryan’s love brought them home to New Hampshire where they were destined to find a home and the most adorable French Bull Dog, Harper Jones.

Then one night after taking Ashley to dinner, Ryan proposed in his own way by telling Ashley (in the most unromantic way according to Ashley)… “If you find the ring, you can have it”! Ashley looked high and low, asked for the combination to the safe and threatened to lift the ceiling tiles in Ryan’s “man cave” to find the ring. Ryan finally decided to reveal the ring’s location. He presented the ring to Ashley and asked “Is this what you were looking for?”, then got down on one knee and declared “I’m not gonna stay down here forever, Ashley”… Ashley’s favorite part of the proposal. And her other favorite part, saying YES to the man of her dreams.

Ashley + Ryan’s Dell-Lea wedding day arrived in full glory on Ryan’s birthday. After a year planning, their day to celebrate with friends and family was here. The perfect summer day promised to be a day filled with love and laughter. But it was filled with much more simply because a Police Officer fell in love with a Teacher who is so amazing and lights up the world with her positive, joyful energy. Ashey can walk into a room and make people feel like they’re special and no one knows this more than Ryan, the man who’s a perfect match.

Surrounded by their friends and family at Dell-Lea Country Club, the couple promised to love, honor and cherish each other for the rest of their lives and sealed their devotion with a kiss and the beginning of something new. Together.
