While the weather outside was cold, the love between Austin and Stephanie was anything but chilly! Austin and Stephanie’s evening winter wedding was a sight to behold, and some of the festive decorations scattered around the venue only enhanced the love and warmth of the day.
Reconnecting After Months of Long Distance
Stephanie and Austin met in February 2013 when her roommate invited friends over for a night of videogames. The couple immediately hit it off and spent most of the night chatting over music instead of sitting in front of the television. Their first date didn’t happen until July 2014, as Austin moved away and contact was sporadic. It was then that the couple officially started their romantic long-distance relationship.
Just like their beautiful proposal, their winter wedding and reception was illuminated by gorgeous skies and the warm Massachusetts sun.
The Perfect Winter Wedding
From the moment that the day began, with each wedding party gathering at the Beauport Hotel to celebrate, laugh and dress for the special day, we knew we were photographing a special couple and family. Austin and Stephanie exchanged cards to express their excitement and adoration before the wedding, and the love between them radiated throughout the ceremony and reception.
The ceremony and reception both took place at Cruiseport Gloucester in front of family and friends. Surrounded by festive winter wedding decorations and greenery, the couple danced the night away. You would never guess that temperatures were cold outside! Thank you for including us in your winter wedding, Austin and Stephanie!
