We just loved photographing Niamh and Andrew’s seacoast engagement session at Prescott Park. As everyone knows, this location is hugely popular with our clients, and it’s easy to see why! We had a beautiful summer day, the setting was perfect and their love for each other was easily captured. Many thanks to Everyday Details for connecting us with such a sweet and fun couple.
They met on a Caribbean cruise ship. It was at the pool where Niamh first noticed Andrew. Near the end of the cruise while at a nightclub, Niamh mentioned Andrew to her best friend Danielle who she was traveling with. Without stopping, Danielle burst into action, approached Andrew telling him “I want you to meet my friend”. They hit it off spending the entire evening dancing and the next two days hanging out on the ship before Andrew departed for New Hampshire and Niamh for Ireland.
Over the next year they committed to a long-distance relationship, having FaceTime conversations and traveling back and forth over the Atlantic. For the luck of the Irish, Niamh’s job transferred her to Boston. She packed her bags and moved to New Hampshire.
FaceTime was replaced with the couple biking, skiing, gardening, entertaining, traveling, the addition of a sissy seat to Andrew’s Harley Davidson and their beloved dog, Sadie. Soon they were building their dream home. During one of the weekly site visits, Andrew asked Niamh to go to a certain spot to take a photo with Sadie. While videotaping , he got down on one knee and proposed.
They share a fun, sincere, and real love that is immediately felt as soon as you meet them.

Prescott Park is always crowded in the summer…However it seemed like for the entire session, the couple had the place to themselves… loved it!
